All classes take place at NR12 Fitness in Wroxham. 

Legs Bums & Tums 
- A low impact, lower body workout!
Thursday 10:15 - 11:15am
Saturday 9:15 - 10:00am
(£6 per class drop-in)

HIIT Step 
- A high intensity step workout great for burning serious calories!
Wednesday 9:15 - 10:00am 
(£6 per class drop-in)

Mind & Body 
- A relaxing mind muscle connection session, focusing on breathing and stretching 
Wednesday 10:15 - 11:00am 
Friday 7:00 - 7:45pm
