As a trained Sports Therapist, I am also able to offer specific rehabilitation programmes to those who may have experienced an injury or who are struggling with general muscle aches and pains, including lower back pain. 

Nobody should have to live with an injury or pain. I can help with your recovery and assist with the prevention of further injuries from occuring by helping you build strength, flexibility and mobility. 

Nutritional Analysis

A nutritional analysis will include learning about your current eating habits. I will calculate your recommended calorie intake and advise on what changes you could make to benefit from a healthier nutritional balance.
